1. Brief introduction of product:
Floating oil installations, also known as the floating oil suction device, is one kind through oil pipes are installed in vertical oil tank inside, the buoy or inner floating plate due to the upward buoyancy of the revolving joint movement, to ensure that the oil out of the oil suction device in the oil storage tank with oil liquid surface fluctuation the oil or the oil suction device.

2. Control methods:
1) For the tank with the inner floating disc device, to fix the front end of the tank on the inner floating disc or use their own floating box, inner floating disc set up floating tube slide, adsorption floating action.

2) For the tank with no inner floating disc device, the front end of the device is specially designed square or circular floating box, the floating device with a tank of liquid to rise and fall, front end pipe not in liquid surface about 200mm. When hair (put) oil operations, to ensure the release (extraction) of oil storage tank is located in the upper layer of the liquid to clean the oil. The device is particularly designed with anti vortex entrance, does not produce eddy current transmitter traditional oil tank liquid on the surface of the liquid.

3. Function and effect:
The buoy or inner floating disc due to buoyancy of the revolving joint motion, the end is connected with the oil on the short pipe in the bottom of a tank, the other end with float suspended in the liquid, and the liquid level floating up and down, can ensure that the oil out of the oil suction device in the oil storage tank with oil liquid level floating up and down, always keep clean surface oil extraction, extraction of high oil adsorbing tank liquid level, moisture, impurities in the gravity force, water, residue not upper oil of moisture and impurities is always lower than the bottom layer deposited on the bottom of the tank liquid layer is carried out by the tank, thus ensuring the product quality, therefore, floating oil device is applicable to all kinds of horizontal, vertical tank, can ensure a relatively clean oil, to extend the downstream purification equipment life, specific performance is as follows:
1) Medium: Kerosene, gasoline, diesel oil, heavy oil and so on.
2) Nominal diameter: DN50-300
3) Nominal pressure: PN1.6Mpa- PN2.5Mpa
4) Angle of lifting: 65°
5) Requirement of installation: Structural components for entry the manhole conveniently.

4. Type of floating oil installations: there are two typs according to the specification and dimension of tank:
1) Floating oil installation with sigle arm
2) Floating oil installation with double arms
3) Standards which users will select:
a. type of tank. b.diameter of oil tube. c. pressure level of flange for outlet. d. diameter of oil pipe. e. height of liquid in the tank. f.slope of bottom of tank. g. height between the center of outlet and bottom of tank.
