    Wuhan Zhongheng Petrochemical & Environmental-friendly Equipment and Science & Technology Co.,Ltd is located in Wuhan of Hubei province. Our company is a result after the Chemical Machinery Factory in Hubei province being restructured. The Chemical Machinery Factory in Hubei province which is an important enterprise under the Petroleum department and Chemical department of China, is an important project when the Soviet Union provided assistance to the new China in 1958. Our company is an share-holding enterprise and has more than 200 employees. The total registered capital is RMB30 million. The area of standard workshop is 5,000 square meters. There are many modern large production equipment, such as large lifting cranes, cutting machine with digital control system for profile steel and pipe material, automatic welding machine, large bending machine, press brake, edge planning machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine and other manufacturing equipment; high-grade, precision and sophisticated NC test equipment for radiographic testing, magnetic testing, ultrasonic testing and so on. The main businesses of company are to manufacture the equipment, to construct the project and to develop the new technology in petroleum industry, chemical industry, shipping industry, power industry and so on. The design and manufacturing of marine granular material transport system, marine slurry transport system and gasoline vapor recovery technology has taken an important position. At the same time, after for years research and development, our company has won the national patents for manufacturing marine granular material transport system, marine slurry transport system and biological filtration container with digital control system which are advanced in the international wide and find a new way with scientific development perspective for the society in the management of energy conservation and emission reduction.

　　 Wuhan Zhongheng have produced and developed marine equipment, such as marine cement tank, marine bulk transport system, marine mud transport system, marine air bottle, marine pressure tank and so on for many years. It also have applied, researched, developed and improved the completed set of new technology on three-way working ship of CNOOC. Wuhan Zhongheng is one of the most professional company which can research the technology, design the patent and manufacture the bulk transport system and mud transport system on three-way working ship independently. Our products have won the national utility model patent and the patent for invention. Our products also have approved by many international classification societies and CCS. The marine bulk transport system, including cement tank, produced by our company have applied on three-way working ship of CNOOC for over 20 years and have won the praise from customers for our high quality, advanced technology and good operation. We have many experiences on the design of marine bulk tank, marine bulk transport system and marine mud transport system. Independent innovation and unique is the character of our products. Our company have supplied the bulk cement tank, bulk transport system and mud transport system for 30 three-way working ships of CNOOC directly or indirectly for 20 years. There are 130 high quality bulk tanks and cement tanks which made great effort for oil exploration of CNOOC.
　　 Meanwhile, our company is a professional company which produces oil storage system of power stations in the domestic and overseas. The main products are horizontal storage tank, vertical storage tank, oil vapor recovery system and so on. We have designed and produced products for Harbin Electric international Co., Ltd, Huashan International Engineering Company(Xi’an), the second engineering company of Hubei electric power construction group, the first engineering company of Hubei electric power construction group, the 22nd construction company of China nuclear industry group. Our products have exported to East Timor, Ecuador, Sultan, Liberia, Pakistan, Laos, Burma, Turkey and so on. Our company contracted to build the oil tanks of three power stations in East Timor from 2009 to 2012 which have got good result and won a high reputation and made great effort for the development of international power industry. In 2012, we contracted EPC project of south power station in East Timor, including design, purchase and construction. Now the third project of south power station in East Timor is in the late period of construction. Our company contracted to install the tanks of Ecuador power station in 2012 and began to construct after 2013 spring festival. In Feb of 2013, we undertook the project of Turkey power station and exported to Turkey in May of 2013. Our company have founded the overseas international department which would operate the overseas projects. Meanwhile, our company got the strong support on small and medium-sized enterprises loans from Hubei Branch of China Construction Bank in 2012 which provided the great power for the development of our company. Now the development of overseas projects is optimistically. The government of East Timor have communicated with us indirectly on the project of large petroleum storage pool on the port and the total price is above 100 million. We also under the communication with Chinese people in East Timor who want to construct oil storage tank in the airport. During the communication, Yongshun Oil International Co., Ltd(Hongkong) has invited us to visit the Republic of Marshall which intended to construct petroleum storage pool. Other projects in Saudi Arabia, Maldives, Indonesia Iraq and so on are under the negotiation.         
　　At present, the projects in domestic developed very quickly. In 2012, we won the bid of petroleum storage pool of Chongqing Minsheng energy enterprise which started to construct in June of 2013. We won the bid of oil tank produced for Disaster Preparation Center of Wuhan Branch of Construction Bank in December of 2012. At the same time, we will construct over 30 oil vapor recovery systems in oil pools and gas stations in Maomin of Guangdong(The national PM2.5 environmental-friendly important project). We also won the bid of oil tank project of Turkey power station.
　　At the same time, we are also the assistance company of Dongfeng Automobile Design Institute for providing oil-servicing equipment, such as horizontal tank. We provide products for Commins engines, Dongfeng automobiles, third ring automobiles, Italian automobiles in Jiangxi province and so on.       　　
　　The strategy plan of our company is to place the business on the highest position of our company, to place the design and manufacture the pressure tank of petrochemical on the basic position, to regard the technology of transport system on petroleum ship and the technology of oil vapor recovery as the developing power of our company. It is expected that the total output value is over RMB500 million in 2014 and the total output value is over RMB1 billion in 2020.
