After half year in the site, the third phase of East Timor South Power Plant has been finished in January of 2013. This project is an important project of overseas for our company. During the period of construction, we cooperated with employer and East Timor government closely. We express our sincere thanks for the hard working of staff who worked in the site and hope them can work hard continuously and make contributions to the following projects.
