1. Application
Air foam generator is a fixed in the tank, fire fighting equipment and injection of air foam. When the foam proportion mixing device through the foam mixture fixed fire pump supply, flows through the pipeline, have a certain pressure force through the foam generator, thus forming foam in contact with air, oil, put out the fire.

3. Structure principle
Air foam generator is mainly composed of a casing group, foam nozzle group and guide groups of three parts. When the foam liquid flow generator nozzle, atomizing jet diffusion, negative pressure around it, so a lot of air inhaled air bubble formation, air bubble through the foam nozzle and plate input the tank wall of the tank, shed, smoothly is covered on the combustion surface.

4. Instructions
1), air foam generator imported rated working pressure is 0.5Mpa, can also be used in the pressure range of 0.3 to 0.5Mpa, but the mixture of corresponding changes and the amount of foam.
2) from the pump should be equipped with PH32, PH64 type air foam mixer according to the proportion of conveying air foam.
3) the generator is equipped with type 3% and type 6% ordinary air foam.
4) to prevent the gas evaporation of flammable liquids tank leakage, shell outlet must be installed sealing glass. The glass on one side with brittle cracks, mixed fluid pressure at 0.1 0.2Mpa can be rushed to break. Brittle crack side toward the ejection port direction.
5) guide plate is arranged on the tank wall, ensure the foam tank wall under the ice cover in the combustion, smooth surface, in order to improve the fire extinguishing effect.
6) air foam generator inlet pipe diameter shall be not less than D of the specified dimension.
5. Installation and maintaining
1) air foam generator, indicate the product name, model, specification, manufacturing date and factory name, according to the product specifications refer to figure 2 and table 3 column size by the users themselves prepared foam nozzle group before installation.
2) the tank wall hole position and size refer to figure 4 and table 5.
3) the first guide plate assembly in the tank wall, and then loaded foam nozzle group and the housing group, cover plate should be at the top.
4) installed after the end of the bubble jet test time, to observe the jet bubble is normal, whether the water pump pressure and generator inlet pressure to meet the requirements; pipeline without leakage phenomenon, finally installed sealing glass.
5) air foam generator of the whole pipeline must ensure smooth, should always check whether clogging. Sealing glass is intact.
6) in order to avoid and reduce the damage to the pipeline of the tank wall deformation, had better install a section of the same caliber metal hose at the inlet pipe production device.
